If you decide to cancel your Katalyst subscription, you can do so at any time from the Billing page. Click “Cancel Subscription” and confirm your decision. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.
After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier. Your trade data, analytics, and journal entries are preserved indefinitely. You can continue to log in, view your data, and use the Free tier features. Nothing is deleted.
If you change your mind, you can resubscribe to any paid plan at any time. Your data will be exactly as you left it, and all paid features will reactivate immediately upon resubscribing.
Before canceling, consider whether a downgrade might better suit your needs. The Starter plan offers most features at a lower price point, and you can always upgrade again later if your needs change.
We value your feedback. When you cancel, we will ask for a brief reason. This feedback goes directly to our product team and has a real impact on how we prioritize features. If there is something specific that did not meet your expectations, let us know — we may already have it on our roadmap.
