The message board and file library are the communication backbone of your trading group. Posts let members share ideas, analysis, and updates, while the file library is a centralized place for resources like trading plans, templates, and educational materials.
To create a post, navigate to your group’s Message Board and click “New Post.” You can write a text post, attach images, or link to external resources. Posts support basic formatting including bold, italic, bullet lists, and code blocks. Other members can comment on posts, creating threaded discussions.
Group owners and managers can pin important posts to the top of the board. This is useful for announcements, rules, and frequently referenced content. Pinned posts stay visible regardless of how many new posts are created.
The File Library works like a shared drive. Upload documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and images that your group members can download at any time. Files are organized in folders that managers can create and name. This is a great place to store the group’s trading plan, broker setup guides, or weekly market analysis reports.
Moderation tools are available for owners and managers. You can edit or delete any post or comment, and you can mute individual members if needed. These tools help maintain a productive environment, especially in larger groups where off-topic discussions can become distracting.
